The layout of our facilities allow your guests the ability to achieve maximum productivity with little external distraction for corporate events. Alternatively, alongside our local suppliers, we can create fun, positive events to provide your guests with the best environment to bond and celebrate your brand or occasion.

Our Great Barn, The Gallery, The Woodshed, The Piggery, The Stables, York Terrace and the Gardens provide a wide choice of spectacular breakaway areas and rooms where you can create your bespoke corporate event.
The Great Barn
For a corporate event, our barn is large enough to accommodate your guests in a single room or can simply be divided into several more intimate working spaces. The breakaway area upstairs in the mezzanine in addition to the York Terrace (in appropriate weather!) are highly suitable for creating work stations within the main arena.
The Gallery
The Gallery is a luxurious space to sit back and relax with your guests in sumptuous surroundings whilst enjoying the spectacular view of the barn from above. Alternatively, perhaps you prefer to make use of The Gallery with an installation or performance to entertain your guests from above.
York Terrace & Grounds
Rackleys has seven acres of grounds surrounded by the Chiltern Hills. Outside you will find a large lawn area with a York Terrace which sweeps around the building adorned with garden furniture. Beyond the lawn there is a wildflower meadow which flows down the hillside. Rackleys has a beautifully manicured courtyard where you will find the red bricked pathway that leads to The Piggery, The Stables and Woodshed. A unique millstone water feature is nestled within the espalier pear trees creating a perfect backdrop.
Woodshed
The Woodshed is a light filled room situated in a quiet corner of the farm. A bespoke wooden chandelier provides a quirky and stylish piece of artwork. This is the perfect room to host your business meetings. Seating for 10 around a large board table, both intimate and spacious, with little to distract provides the ideal space to inspire your team. It is ideal as a breakaway room during corporate events or as a temporary office space. We have also used it as a dining area for crew when hosting a product launch.
The Stables
The Stables are beautifully restored to provide guests with a spacious and delightful room to freshen up, set-up or change attire. At your disposal is a luxurious bathroom with a walk in shower, featuring carefully selected toiletries, robes and towels. The room is well lit with plenty of mirrors and sockets for a pleasurable and relaxing experience. The Stables are available to hire in addition to The Great Barn, The Woodshed or The Piggery.
The Piggery
The Piggery, now stunningly transformed into an ideal room for a multitude of uses. A stylish space for client meetings or to set-up a temporary office. We have used it for all of these in addition to creating a reception and check-in area for large events. The Piggery is available to hire on a room only basis.
